condition: good. sturdy, wearable, freshly washed. wear to the top 4 buttons and loops, especially the very top (could consider removing these if desired), a handful of pea-sized or smaller holes have been backed/patched with inseam fabric. some wear/lightening to underarms not visible when worn. a couple old mends near the back waist (would likely be covered if worn with a belt) see detail images!
