1970s Valentino Silk Peplum Blouse | wounded bird

a rather fabulous silk blouse in a mellow grey/blue with Asian-inspired floral motif and long drapey peplum. I suspect this originally went with some fabulous matching ultra-high waist wide leg pants. 

label: Valentino Boutique, Neiman-Marcus

condition: very good, sturdy clean and wearable. relatively minor scattered flaws: some stress tears where the sleeves meet the cuffs. snap at waist needs to be reattached. underarm discoloration. some scattered faint marks on fabric and some very subtle pinkish color variation in areas that I still don't know if its color bleed from something else or if its intentional.
