Era: c. 1890-1900, although I believe the netting was likely a later (but still vintage) addition.

Seersucker with tri-dot print, hand knotted netting accents across shoulder, bust, and at sleeve cuffs. Large lantern sleeves, deep pleats across the yoked bodice create a voluminous tent skirt.

condition: very good for age. sturdy, clean and ready to wear. some yellowing/light rusty marks around collar did not lift with soaking, several scattered marks/stains in the skirt remain as well, although these are small and tend to get lost in the drape. Some dinge around hem did not fully lift. netting is hand knotted and a bit wonky, as seen. I have added new elastic into the sleeve cuffs.
