Early 1950s Coral Day Dress | wounded bird
era: early 1950s
bodice length: 17"
total length: 46"
vibrant coral linen/rayon blend with white eyelet sleeves and cool double patch pocket accents. white and coral buttons down the front. by The Misses Shop, Aldens.
condition: overall quite sturdy, wearable and clean. small scattered flaws: stress points at all the pocket edges, worst one with a small hole is photographed, one little eyelet tear as well. I noted some small scattered seam pops, a small hole in lower skirt, and a pinhole at the top of the right bust dart, and some mystery faint yellow color on the collar, quite hard to make out. some minor fade across shoulders and a little streaky storage fade in skirt.
