soft black cotton netting with black embroidered rose design and embroidered scalloped edges. ruffles on the sleeves and back. glass button accents down the front. no closures, pulls over head. unlabeled.

very good condition. wearable with appropriate care. I noted one small break to netting on the center bodice panel. construction is of homemade quality.
