sweet little gold filled heart locket with central ruby colored gem and starburst design. interior with two tiny compartments. likely originally part of a line of birthstone jewelry for children. sold on a modern gold fill 18" cable link chain.

hallmarked for Uncas Manufacturing of Providence Rhode Island. "1/20 12kt gf" and "kiddie gem"
