1940s white seersucker cotton with multi-colored hand-embroidered floral design. slightly cropped boxy fit with open back and adjustable tie straps. fully lined.

excellent condition. a few very very faint and scattered spots of faint grey dye run. I probably shouldn't even be mentioning it.
